Reverend Melinda McMahon is Rector of Southlakes Anglican Church at Morisset, Lake Macquarie in New South Wales Australia.  Rev. Melinda is also National Director of Sharing of Ministries Abroad, Australia.

After a long ministry in all areas of church life from children’s ministry, leading women’s groups, school chaplaincy and teaching Scripture to students way taller than her, Melinda is currently loving leading Southlakes Anglican toward Spiritual maturity and Charismatic renewal.

After learning of the Anglicans Ablaze Conference in Southern Africa, a fire went off in Melinda’s heart to encourage all Australian Anglicans to walk confidentially in moving in the gifts of the Spirit given to them by God, while ministering in a sensitive way that honours the Anglican heritage in which we worship on a weekly basis.

Being the initial spark that birthed the dream of organising the Anglicans Ablaze Conference in Australia, Rev. Melinda hopes to open each conference – as a fulfilment of a dream and vision birthed in the later months of 2023.
